At Trendyfi, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that there may be circumstances where a customer may wish to cancel an order or request a replacement. In such cases, our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatching the order by emailing contact@trendyfi.in with their order ID. A full refund will be issued to the customer’s original payment method.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.
Return / Replacement Policy
- We have 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 Hours after receiving your item to request a return.
- In the unlikely event that the customer receives a defective or damaged product, they can request a replacement within 2 days of delivery by emailing contact@trendyfi.in with their order ID and a description and photo of the issue.
- The replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.
- If the product is out of stock or unavailable, the customer can choose to receive a full refund or select an alternative product of equal value.
- The replacement policy is applicable only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. It is not applicable for products that are damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note that we do not offer a reverse pickup facility and the customer must arrange for the product to be shipped back to us using a reliable courier service. The shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants, newspapers, or magazines), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@trendyfi.in and send your item to 311, Hari Om Plaza, MG Road, Borivali East, Mumbai – 400066. Maharashtra.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement request if the customer does not comply with the terms of our policy.
