Shipping Method

Trendify ships all deliveries within India only and uses reputable and reliable courier companies to ensure on-time and secure delivery of your products. We have a tie-up with aggregators / Solo Logistics and Other Couriers/Delivery Partners. For locations not serviced by regular couriers we use India Post/Speed Post.

The shipping method used will depend on the product(s) you ordered and the delivery address. All orders received up to 12:00 noon are shipped the same day in most cases and the rest are shipped the next working day. No shipping is done on Sunday.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on the shipping method, weight, and dimensions of the product(s), and the delivery address. Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your products as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at the time of checkout. However, please note that the delivery time may vary depending on factors such as the shipping method, product availability, and delivery address.

The average shipping time to most parts of India is 3-7 days depending on the delivery location. There may be shipping delayed due to natural disasters, strikes, national holidays or unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events due to which the courier may get delayed. Trendify cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to events beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. You can track your order on our website or on the shipping company’s website. The order is dispatched by the next working day.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within India. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Issues

In the unlikely event that your product(s) are damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong product(s), please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delayed Delivery

We will do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, in the rare case of a delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, transportation strikes, or other factors beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or losses that may arise.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatching the order by emailing hello@giftoo.in. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund as per our refund policy.
